Job Description:
The Senior Associate AD for External Operations will lead, manage and oversee the external areas of communications, ticketing, digital media, fan engagement and 3rd party MMR, with the primary focus of generating new revenue through these areas. Primary facilitator of fundraising/friend-raising athletic events. Possibility for sport oversight, depending on qualifications and experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversight and management of communications, social/digital media, tickets sales and operations, marketing, fan engagement and 3rd Party MMR partnership to meet/exceed revenue and department goals. 60%
- Responsible for coordinating with all external and internal constituents. 15%
- Member of senior leadership team to support management of the department. 15%
- Other duties as assigned. 10%
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree.
- Five Years' relevant experience at an NCAA athletic department level with experience in social/digital media, external events and supervision of staff.
- Proven familiarity and commitment to adherence to NCAA rules and regulations.
- Preferred Qualifications Master's degree.
